What happens to transparency when converting to JPG?
JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas become white. Choose PNG to keep them transparent.
How much smaller is WebP than JPG?
It depends on the photo, but at similar quality WebP is usually 25โ35% smaller. 75โ80% quality is plenty for websites and online shops.
Do animated WebP files work?
Only the first frame is saved as an image. To make an animation, use our GIF maker.
