Frequently asked questions
Will photos be cropped or stretched?
No. You set the long side and the short side is scaled proportionally, so nothing is cropped or stretched.
Can I enlarge small images?
Images aren't enlarged beyond their original size. If a photo is already smaller, only the format and quality change.
Does resizing reduce file size?
Yes. Shrinking a 4000 px photo to 1280 px typically cuts the file size by around 90%.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Everything is processed in this browser on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
